Need to return an item?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we may offer an exchange on eligible items. Items must be returned in 100% original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchange requests made after this period may not be accepted. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. In these cases, we may offer an exchange for another size or item, or provide store credit for future use.
Please note that all returned items will be inspected before an exchange is approved. Any item that is not in original, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged condition may be rejected and returned to you at your own expense. Please take extra care with any item you wish to return.
To arrange a return, please contact us at support@shekel-klan.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions and a return authorization. Items must not be sent back without prior approval. Any unauthorized returns may be returned to sender.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to us and, where applicable, the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Sale, discounted, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Received a damaged item?
If an item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@shekel-klan.com as soon as you discover the issue. Please include clear photos of the fault where possible.
We will do our best to replace the product. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.
Where possible, we will also help you find the right size or suitable alternative. If an alternative size or item is unavailable, store credit may be issued for the value of your purchase and can be used toward future products.
International custom duties:
As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into your destination country. For international orders, the buyer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees charged by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be required to pay these charges once the shipment reaches their country. Any additional customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may also cause delivery delays.
